Bus Subsidy Program
The Electrical League of Ohio is proud to sponsor the Electro Expo Bus Subsidy Program.
The guidelines for the program are as follows:
- Participants will be responsible to pre-register all bus riders with the Electro Expo 2012/Electrical League of Ohio.
- Each attendee must be registered under the company they work for, along with their own contact information. Please do not register guests of your company under the distributor name.
- Registration may be completed by faxing a list, pre-registration cards or on-line
- Each bus must be at least a 40-seat capacity and at least 75% occupied.
- The bus must be the property of a firm dealing in transportation services.
- A notarized bill of lading, along with the Bus Subsidy Program form must be sent to the Electrical League of Ohio for reimbursement after the show.
- The Electrical League of Ohio will reimburse up to $275 per bus.
- The Bus origination must be outside of Cuyahoga County.
- The Electro Expo 2012 will be happy to coordinate an area of the venue if you would like to host gathering, social hour or meeting area.
